Of course you can always flag me down if you see me. You can also call me on VHF channel 9, just hail "PUMP-OUT 1". If I don't respond after 3 attempts wait awhile and try again, or call me on the phone (415) 465-0149. I also monitor channel 16 at all times, but the Coast Guard frouns on hailing on 16 unless it's an emergency, & I don't think the Coast Guard considers a full holding tank an emergency, even if it becomes full in the middle of a party (go figure).
You can also sign up for service by emailing me at tim@mobilepumpout.com and giving me the information on this form. You can also sign up for service by calling, or even texting me, at (415) 465-0149 but this is the least efficient way. If you do want to call to sign up for service it would be best to do it between 18:00 & 21:00 (6:00 pm & 9:00 pm). During the day I'm pumping & don't have the means to take down the info. If you text me or call during the day I'll probably have to call you back in the evening.
